SHIPPING 

When will my item be shipped? 
Our delivery is on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Payment should be made before 1 pm to be delivered on the same day.


I don’t live in Malaysia. Can I still purchase the items?
For sure and our pleasure. However, LosaFashion only provide free shipping to addresses in Malaysia. International buyers will have to bear the shipping costs, as well as (if any) taxes.

RESERVATIONS 

Can I reserve an item? 

Yes but LosaFasion only keep reservations under your name for 24 hours. If payment is not made within 24 hours of reservation, LosaFashion reserve the right to release the item to be sold to other buyers.

RETURNS 

If I’m not happy with my purchased product, can I return it? 

At LosaFashion, we want our customer to be satisfied with the product they received. If you find yourself to be unsatisfied with your purchased, we allow for any product items to be returned, providing they are not worn yet, with the tags still attached. 

Please note that we do not accept returns for product purchased under the sale section, and promotional items

However we will only accept the product purchased back no later than 1 weeks after you have received the item. Baju returned must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and unused.

The buyer (you) is expected to bear the cost of shipping when returning an item.
